Cavity

This panel is used to set and draw the cavity for the porous structure.

Here is an example to find and draw cavities (as a sphere) in MOF-5 crystal.

#. import MOF-5 structure.
#. go to the cavity panel, and click `draw`
#. choose the cavity, and change the parameters for a new setting
