Move, Rotate, Scale

Select the atoms, and press the transform Shortcut, and move your mouse

• g, move

• r, rotate

• s, scale

You can also try:

• g, then x, move along X-axis.

• g, then x, then 2, move along X-axis by 2.

• move whole project (atoms, bonds, cell, …)

• move atoms, in Edit mode
